	Commission and discount A 15% discount will be given to recognized advertising agencies. No discount is allowed to advertisers or agencies with overdue accounts. Net due within 30 days of invoice date.
	Production Service Charges A minimum of $ 100 dollars wil be charged for production work required for advertising material.

	Mechanical Requirements    Electronic We will accept EPS or TIFF files. We work on a PC's so if your ad is created on a Mac, please make sure your file has an extension. Do not send Quark or InDesign files without converting them. Contact us before sending a PDF. Please send any fonts or graphics that may be embedded within the art file. Four color ads must be in CMYK color space. Please provide two print proofs of your ad.
	Film Black and white Screened film negatives to size, right-reading, emulsion side down. 2-color Screened film negatives to size, right-reading, emulsion side down. 4-color Color-correct screened film negatives to size, right-reading, emulsion side down with progressive proofs or match prints. Publisher and printer will not accept quality responsibility when color keys rather than progressive proofs or matchprints are submitted. Screen For best results, 133 line screen is recommended. All film will be held for one year and destroyed unless otherwise requested in writing.
